Founded in 1986, Friends of the Inyo is a Bishop, CA-based nonprofit conservation organization dedicated to the preservation, exploration, and stewardship of the region’s public lands. Klamath-Siskiyou Wildlands Center
The Klamath-Siskiyou Wildlands Center is an advocate for the forests, wildlife, and waters of the Klamath and Rogue River Basins of southwest Oregon and northwest California. They use environmental law, science, collaboration, education, and grassroots organizing to defend healthy ecosystems and help build sustainable communities. Formed in 1997, KS Wild fights for protection and restoration of the incomparable ecological riches of southwest Oregon and northwest California. Ventana Wilderness Alliance

Oregon Wild

Los Padres ForestWatch is a community-based nonprofit organization that is leading efforts to protect the Los Padres National Forest and other public lands along California’s Central Coast. Pacific Crest Trail Association
Zigzagging its way from Mexico to Canada through California, Oregon, and Washington the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) boasts the greatest elevation changes of any of America’s National Scenic Trails. It passes through six out of seven of North America’s ecozones, including high and low desert, old-growth forest, and alpine country. The mission of the Pacific Crest Trail Association is to protect, preserve, and promote the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail as an internationally significant resource for the enjoyment of hikers and equestrians, and for the value that wild and scenic lands provide to all people. http://www.pcta.org/
Washington Wilderness Coalition
Since 1979, Washington Wild has been instrumental in permanently protecting over one million acres of wilderness in Washington state, including the Wild Sky Wilderness. Washington Wild protects and restores wild lands and waters in Washington State through advocacy, education, and civic engagement. http://www.wawild.org/
The Conservation Alliance
The Conservation Alliance’s mission is to engage businesses to fund and partner with organizations to protect wild places for their habitat and recreation values. The Conservation Alliance is a group of outdoor industry companies that disburses its collective annual membership dues to grassroots environmental organizations. They direct their funding to community-based campaigns to protect threatened wild habitat, preferably where outdoor enthusiasts recreate. Desert Survivors
Desert Survivors was founded in 1981 with the mission of experiencing, sharing, and protecting desert wilderness. Recognizing that the places they love to explore will not remain wild unless they give others the opportunity to experience them, Desert Survivors is committed to actively monitoring and preserving desert wilderness.
